SHIPPING METHOD
DHL is our logistic partner deliveries within Germany, to Austria and Switzerland. All deliveries from hello’ben are covered by insurance against theft and damages due to an accident. As soon as you have received your delivery and confirmed it in writing, the insurance cover through hello’ben expires.
We ask for your understanding that we cannot deliver to post office boxes and do not offer collection. We process and ship orders once a week, usually on Fridays or Mondays.

SHIPMENT TRACKING
When booking the corresponding shipping option, the tracking number will be sent in an email notification immediately after the order has been placed.
RETURNS
Returns within Germany is free of charge. A return label can be requested via email to retouren@hello-ben.com. We will send an email to you, with the label attached. Returns from outside of Germany are not eligible for a prepaid return label.

TERMS OF REDEMPTION
Please make sure the returned articles are in perfect, unused, unwashed, and undamaged condition, that all labels are still attached to the garment and have been delivered to the third-party logistics provider within the return period to receive a refund of payment. Once the return has been checked by our team, you will receive an email regarding the returned items. We will refund you as quickly as possible. Please note, that the refund is always credited to the payment method with which the original purchase was made. If the purchase was made with a gift card, a new gift card will be issued.
STATED PERIOD OF RETURN
Articles can be returned within 14 days after receiving.
